Just be consistent. I tracked my food and just did not skip most of my gym days and pushed hard while training. Thats all.
The hardest for me was to get me to love going to the gym. Once you see results the love for working out will come. You just have to push yourself the first few months.

My first year of lifting was Strength and mass first. Then my 2nd year was about cutting for abs and to be lean - you can see it took about 6+ months to get real results from a cut. If you cut too fast - just to only get abs - you'll look like a spooky skeleton, which isn't aesthetic at all.

You want to cut slowly, about 500-600 per day. Cardio is hard to count because it's simply just not reliable. I cut cardio so I could stay under my TDEE and reduced the calories to match.
My diet was boring and simple. Egg whites, eggs, Russet Potatoes, Chicken breast, Cauliflower rice, Oats. Sometimes some lean (93%) ground beef/turkey. I get 200-250g of protein a day without Whey.
No calories from liquids (No beer, only diet soda, no milk etc). No fast food unless I could count it - What worked well was Chipotle bowls or Mcdonalds grilled chickens& throw the bun away. When you're out with friends, always order the salads and dont get cheese or dressing, etc.

I've never been on Juice, and followed a pretty standard format in which I would do nothing but the big lifts 4-6 times per week. On a Cut, 4x per week Upper/Lower splits. Upper Day would be Warmup, then 3x3 (Heavy as possible) Bench (or OHP, I rotate), 5x5 (Lighter, but still as heavy as I could), Bench. Then switch to weighted chinups and do the same and go home. Lower is 3x3+5x5 Squat one day and Deadlift the other. No accessories - You don't want to spend any more energy than you need too, if you're cutting properly, you'll be exhausted as is.

Be patient. Abs are incredibly hard and rare - which is why they're so valued. Enjoy the process and know that if it was any easier, it would make the accomplishment and the results less valuable when you get there.

It's worth it. All of the hunger, eating shitty/expensive food, cooking time, discipline, and general awfulness that cutting entails is worth the results and confidence you'll get. Keep going bro, you'll get there."

I've been 'working out' for about 4 months but am really trying to hit the weight hard these last two months. I was given a book to help me lose weight (used to weigh 210lbs now down to 170lbs). The workouts in the book were a meme. I noticed no muscle mass (gains) but I did shed some fat.
Now that I have a clear goal in mind, abs, I want to work hard as fuck for them.

The cutting advice is appreciated. I eat eggs, chicken, rice cakes, broccoli, salad mix, tuna, peanut butter (I think I should drop the PB tho). I don't drink beer, no soda, only water, milk, and my shakes. I'll have to cut the milk and shakes out.
The only fast food I eat is McDonalds quarter pounder without the bun. God damn it's my killer cheat burger. The salads I eat (sometimes) have cheese and I use siracha as dressing, I'll cut that shit out too.

You look great for natty man, for real. The workout plan will be an adjustment and I'll def give it a try. My current plan is Monday upper A, Tuesday lower A, Wed cardio, Thursday upper B, Friday lower B, Sat/Sun rest or cardio. I make sure to bench, pull up, ohp, squat, and deadlift.

I'm just gonna have to work my ass off, which is great. Anything hard in life is worth it. Jobs, women, money, body, mind, health. I'll fight for it.
