Check your animation curves and try to get smoother movements, also try to make a smooth animation cycle, so the viewer cant see when it starts and when it stops. The feet are glued to the ground and the legs get longer and shorter, try to get some inverse kinematic thing going at the legs there

Overall it helps a lot if you act out a movement a couple of times while you animate it, youll find out some tiny details which make a huge difference
