Not so much rancid but at risk of botulism once it is above 4c.
If you freeze meat it should be good defrosting for at least 12 hours or so if well insulated (think bubble wrap) but car camping with a decent cool box we got away with it for about 5 nights, eat your pork products, then chicken then beef/lamb.
