"Well, I got myself this nice little thing. Four short stories, a short comic, a yuri hime editor-in-chief interview, quite a lot of SF yuri recommendations, ~120 pages of the ~360p magazine overall.

I wish I knew what to do to get Hayakawa and @marumizog to release it in English, even if I get it translated (the easy part).

If I'll have the money I was somewhat planning to go in April to the Osaka event, since that's the only time I might be able to visit Japan for now. Really sucks that not everyone is doing digital releases.

The bigger problem is that for example I couldn't find this thread by searching for "buyfag" and only stumbled on the link in the last thread."

I didn't even notice that, fucking newfags.

I've read 放課後すとりっぷ and I can say it's safe. Usual heavy and strong Kirara's subtext and misunderstandings and the gag are funny, it's actually better than what I thought and I think there's may be a chance for it to end in actual text like JK Splash!.

I couldn't buy 先パイがお呼びです! because it was already out of stock the day after the release, I hope to get it with my next order."

It's yuri, but the sort of level that normally just stays status quo. It's about the protagonist being the student council president's dog in that she gave her a dog whistle to blow when she needs help. It's not hard to see there's a mutual crush going on. A third character is very openly infatuated with the president, but obviously she can't beat the protagonist.

As a 4koma, I think it's not really found an effective schtick of its own."

>As a 4koma, I think it's not really found an effective schtick of its own.
I agree with this, it doesn't have much flavour or funny. I want to like it since I love monsieur's art and have enjoyed their doujinshi well enough, but it's pretty meh so far. Even more so than ふりだしにおちる. At least they're both nice to look at."

Only been out a month so there's still a chance a reprint could happen. Some publishers don't properly anticipate the number of people who want to buy print books and order a small print run, and even after the print run sells out in a week or two they don't seem to be interested in making a 2nd printing. It happens from time to time, especially with smaller publishers. It is a good idea to always pre-order the yuri that you really want because of this. You may get lucky if you check smaller or less popular bookstores because they may not have sold through their entire allotment like Kinokuniya, CDJapan, etc. Kinokuniya's website says their warehouse still has stock but that's not always reliable. Worth a try though."

"Regarding another Kirara vol 1, the yuri level of メイドさんの下着は特別です is pretty high.

Protagonist is Ranko, a young woman with big tits who goes from the countryside to Tokyo to work as a maid (and attend college). It turns out her new boss is a loli fashion designer who likes to perv over women in lingerie so she makes her maids wear lingerie style uniforms. Ranko has the hots for Tsukasa, one of her coworkers and a model she had been a fan of. Tsukasa is also a perv and she clearly returns Ranko's interest in her.

It's a lot of sexual harassment gags and the fanservice isn't great, even for a 4koma, and I think it's a bit short on charm. Carat should be starting digital sales so I'll be able to follow the rest of it there, but I won't buy the next tank (which I bet will be the last)."

As well as being a web manga platform, it seems like it will include a subscription service for magazines, which sounds like it will be similar to Magazine Walker and Comic Days Premium. Late reply because I've been busy in Tokyo myself.
Out of ABC, A and C are your best bets, B has a small section at the back of one of the floors, sometimes it has stuff other shops are out of.
Like the other anon said, don't forget melon -- primarily the one under HEY but sometimes the other one has stuff too.
K-BOOKS is okay, but last I checked they didn't have a cross-publisher yuri section and there's nothing particularly special about them except size (so if you can't find something elsewhere you can try them).

Don't forget melon here either, their original yuri doujinshi section is quite decent. The access to the shop itself can be somewhat hard to find as it's in a hall that connects two smaller streets, there *are* usually signs out in the streets though.

I hate to give up my secrets, but Shinjuku's ZIN is also pretty great for original doujinshi."

"Finally got my English BocchiMou release. Amazon UK can kindly eff itself because it randomly decided to give me an estimated shipping date of between late March and late May. Ended up getting it from Forbidden Planet instead.

For those curious, it pretty much covers all the Pixiv chapters up until ch17 (ie. just before /u/ picked it up) with a few extra pages at the end and some bonus content. Not too many errors, aside from some incorrect tense in one bit and calling the doctor a "him" (which is understandable considering the character was only formally introduced recently)."
