The initial idea was to make a cute stealth game with diapers based on mgsv stealth gameplay, but I couldn't give any meaningful use to the crinkle noise other than revealing your position. It was annoying and not fun.
Then I hoped into goofyness inspired by Sly Raccoon. So you can chose which diapers you wear.
