I don't think I've ever had that issue - I usually am running it with a batch count/size of 4 depending on what part of the workflow I'm in.
Nice gen - I also like me some Gold Ship; I think Silence Suzuka might be my fave from Uma, though.

Might need to tweak your upscaling settings - I find that things get fuzzy when my denoising strength is set too low (but of course, higher strength means upscaling is more likely to introduce unwanted artifacts). Extra sampling steps during upscaling may clean it a bit more.
Could also try forcing on a VAE, I think that helped me out.
Maybe also neg 'censored' if you're getting extra fuzz on genitals.
Lastly, sometimes less is more when upscaling - while I like to go a full 2x if I can, sometimes a gen just doesn't like doing that cleanly and I pull back to 1.6x or so just too keep my sanity. Had to do that on this gen to stop dozens of extra fingers from showing up.

Did some testing and it seems like the add common prompt doesn't work with batch counts above one, it messes up the prompt after the first. Workaround is to just manually copy paste the common part instead.
Add base doesn't have this issue.
I also think I'm usually better to just sticking to one or the other, and the common prompt philosophy feels better.

Crop seems like the right one. What you want to have happen is for it to crop out what you've selected (plus padding) and then feed that into the AI model so that you get it's full attention on the bit you want before it pastes it back onto the image. Otherwise it's taking the entire model and just trying to regenerate what's inside the mask. I think you're using the asura lora-- I remember having to inpaint to correct the face on every gen for that.';

I have tried prompting for 'unusual genital placement' and 'pussy nipples' in the past but really got nowhere with it.
'nipple penetration' is recognized somewhat but tends to really favor object insertion (plugs, mostly, and they seem to morph into piercings instead - at least with my style prompt).
