If you don’t have a plane use fireworks. In my country people shoot massive amounts of fireworks at nye which makes seeds clouds and makes it very foggy on street level, some years you can’t even navigate well after 10pm because of the low fog. But for real clouds your fireworks need to reach 16k feet which is probably an airspace violation.'

No budget is too big for black budget bud. The real issue is airtraffic monitoring. On top of all that cloud seeding is public knowledge for a while now, just the military is vague on why and where. Now that they are pushing climate lockdowns it seems all too obvious what is going on'

I saw a thing once about how spraying water into the atmosphere would cool the planet by creating clouds. It was proposed as a way to fight global warming (back when they were still calling it that...)

Not sure what effect silver iodide has though, at macro scale? I think it actually removes moisture / clouds overall, by increasing rainfall?'

>how do i seed clouds locally on a minor scale?
in the US a fed law requires cloud sneeders to file annual reports. You can look them up for info on what and how much is sneeded, and the locations. Many locations are on the ground in foothills and activate when the wind is strong enough to carry the sneeding up into the clouds. There is some dood on youtube who studied the sneeding and tracks significant weather events and evaluates if the sneeding caused or contributed to tornaders or other significant weathers.'

>spraying water into the atmosphere would cool the planet by creating clouds.
This were several studies about potential temperature changes on or immediate after 9/11 when all the planes were grounded for three days. the planes make contrials (clouds) that can last long time, and there were thousands of flights over the US, concentrated over the eastern half, then zero flights. Studied revealed it was on average a few degrees cooler with the planes flying creating the contrails.'

There was a similar thing recently when they banned sulphur in cargo ship fuel and removed a source of atmospheric particulate that condensed water vapour into clouds over the oceans, and then temperatures rose measurably. I think most of the reporting on it was premature though, there were hundreds of headlines about people pointing out the correlation but no real studies had been completed on it yet, and of course those are all you can find now if you try to look it up. It's not like the early 2020s were business as usual otherwise and removing sulphur from cargo ships was the only thing that changed.'

Ionic charging due to a reduced earth magnetic field strength, which is continuing to decline, rapidly, means:

- cloudseeding, if it has any effect, will have a greater effect

- normal airline traffic will have enhanced contrails, leading to more cloud formation

- more precipitation

Get a non-metallic boat. I don't suspect that the massive underground shit, built with the excuse of nuclear war, is for us.'
