If only, man. I've been back and forth with their support and it's a frustrating thing as they want information you can only get while being actually logged in. The only thing they did was make a public post about this bug on their twitter page, which had replies from other users with the same problem. After spending 2 months going in circles about it I don't know what else to do.';
