I'm playing a Tau battlesuit pilot in a Rogue Trader game. I've included the art I've been using for her thus far. My friends and I joke that her tits are double-G's for the Greater Good and I'd love to get some art of her trying to squeeze into her battlesuit, but having trouble getting the girls inside.';

Feel free to be creative with the look and outfit. The most popular race that I can use as a comparison is the dragonborn but it's actually a 3pp race from PF1e called "draaki" and there's like no art of them. They're ancient underdark beings that tamed and sorta fused with dragons, this variety is black-scaled. They can also transform into a drow form so there's some comparison to the "drow-dragon" or "zekyl" of the Forgotten Realms. White hair is optional and to taste, and I'd prefer violet serpentine eyes with black sclera.

His weapon is a large black magic spear with a lotus blossom flavored design and a single-shot firearm that is something between a rifle and a shotgun. I'm also keen on spiraling points, preferably four or more, but that's optional. Fantasy it up, it doesn't need to look practical.

Some of the references in the top left are probably AI, though the one with hair is not. The bottom left is for pose and vague attitude. I edited the bottom left to blackish for now.

Finally, he worships Xan Yae, a Neutral goddess of balance, perfection, and shadows. She has a very zen outlook and her temples are very well hidden. He also follows a Samurai or Bushido styled honor code and is very Lawful and very proud.

I do see where that anon is coming from, though.
The perspective may work on some technical level where you photograph yourself in a mirror. Perhaps it looked fine during construction.
However, with all the shading and folds it's unclear where the forearm ends and where the rest of the arm and shoulder begins.
The way he is holding his arm out its like he raised his arm straight towards the viewer. Yet the perspective of the hand, and the way the wrist is bent, doesn't match it.

The first and second digits, as well as the thumb, are more or less fine. They aren't sausage even slightly, they're as angular and cubic as they need to be, and the creases and folds are obviously the gloves.
(Sausage fingers is where the fingers are drawn too rounded, because at a glance real fingers look round. They're blockier than a meer glance or one's memory would suggest.)
The tips flexing back is a style choice, perhaps a bit over the top, but it's an error of over-emphasis if so, not one of anatomy.

The perspective is correct for the arm, as is the wrist. It's possible that the drapes of the collar masking part of the shoulder and upper arm that are throwing you off, and the wrist angle may look slightly off, but it is doable for the human wrist and even habitual when snapping fingers.
(Style can also allow for further 'anatomy break')
That said, these could be considered blocking mistakes (Even if something in the art is 'correct' it can look 'off' just because of early choices of what to put where, like certain elements being obscured), thought I think a better way to satisfy critique here would be to make the closest parts of the arm and the hand slightly larger to emphasize the perspective more.

I personally think this work is done and great, though. The sheer personality of it if fantastic, easily among the best art coming out of these threads. Making slight adjustments is a neverending task, and in many cases not even needed, but I ain't none of your moms or whatever.';
