The colors are already accurate to the arcade.

There are no slowdowns or jerky scrolling in the game.'

'TMNT4 is really not balanced for you to be able to run at will.

All the best attacks are running attacks, like the running shoulder bash, or the run->roll->should bash which deal INSANE amount of damage.

You're supposed to have to wind up said attacks, that's how they're balanced. By being able to run at will you can just stand next to a boss, hold the run button, spam shoulder bashes in ways you're not mean tot.
Webm related

This is just as stupid as playing Resident Evil with "analog" controls, it allows to do things the game was not balanced around for.

>b-b-bbut my megadrive version!!
Megadrive version sucks and the main reason is precisely poor balancing.'

...because you are supposed to put as many quarters into the machine as possible?
I don't want to accuse you of being Jewish, but it honestly sounds like you are trying to convince people to play this game a certain way so you can make as much profit as possible. And I don't even know why, since most people are emulating the game.'

To be fair I also feel shared about the double tap running. AFAIK it's not in the arcade game and was an addition for the SNES version but as I said, it feels to me like all the running attacks are balanced around having to wind them up'

The issue is just that it prevents you from feathering movement. It's just not good control. Put a slight delay or whatever if necessary instead'
