Not them, but it's pretty easy. Three layers. > Bottom: gradient tool.
> Middle: image you are tracing (Hide/delete when done).
> Top: clear background layer where you trace the lines you want to keep.
If the middle layer is already linework (ex: comic book ark or woodblock print) , use the color select tool to select the lines. Go to top layer. Use paint bucket to make lines. Clean the lines as needed.
