Interesting observation. You're right. The problem is though, that I'm aware of that, and I still do it for a bunch of reasons. And some of those reasons are random many times.
First of all I work on the smallest resolution possible always bellow 1000px, preferably in the 500px range. That limits a lot the quality of detail that I can add. Sometimes adding light and reflections is a luxury. So I just ad a single dot or line of light to insinuate that all of the skin should be "shiny", wet, oily or a drop of sweat or whatever. Or, hypopigmentation as you said lol. The interpretation of those dots or lines are random sometimes. And I use just two layers of "lighting" at 30% and 70% being white and black(shadow if necessary) That limits the result even more.
And lastly, as you can see, many of the elements are mirrored, so I re-use hands, tits, nips, ass-cheeks, and when mirrored the light-shining sources gets mirrored as well, throwing lightning logic and coherence out of the window.
So basically, I just adjust -everything- to resource optimization, I don't care. I just want to get it done. As may it comes, it doesn't matter, it must be done.

I'm replying all this to make clear that your observations is right and correct. And the fact that I'm aware, and obviously I could do this shit in a different cool and nice style with all the bells and whistles, that doesn't make these fast and crude pics "fine".
