These are in the game? Outside kissing, just looking at the description will tell you what's going on. And all the meters show off where the character is on the orgasm meter, far more accurately than the 0-1-2 hearts in K.
(And yes, you can look at the last line of the last action as cheating a bit to see what's going on.)
You don't have as many different options to use as "ongoing" actions, and I'd like a mouth category for TW, but it's pretty clear most times what's happening.

I don't seem to recall this in K either. Most of the time, it seems to just remove the options which would conflict while the action is active. TW just lets you freely jump from one action to another, even if it conflicts, and only in a few situations (continuously kissing vs. boobjob) will it just remove the action in TW.

There's normally the option for research. And one of them is to hire characters into your faction, although I don't recall which one that is. Other than that, you can just interact with girls and build up your relationship with them.
Your Action Points (how many times you can take an action each turn) is dependent on how large your army is, so more girls means more actions.

There's two phase in K, Base and Map. Base is where you mostly develop your officer and manage your prisoner while Map is your typical map painting game

Training the character to become stronger, each work correspond to each of their stat

Visit foreign country and meet their officer/ruler

This is where you can fighting generic opponent or foreign officers as quick source of cash, beware that your officer will be raped if they lose while your character are able to rape your opponent if they won
