Hulls: It is public knowledge that T-80 hulls and turrets have not been produced since ~the 1980s. The last new hull would have been no later than Object 640 [1], as I understand it.

This was acknowledged by various russian analysts last year, when the news broke of resumed engine production. The question on their minds is whether Omsktransmash will be reconstituted to full build-cycle capabilities. Some suggested that Omsktransmash should be directly subordinated to Rostec – that is, detached from Uralvagonzavod – to facilitate this.

Engines: Everything I saw as of the last thread [2] suggested that Kaluga is handling all of the engine work. That is, PJSC KADVI / PAO KTZ. This is still the party line. The work order was initiated last fall in such a way that it was clear to everyone that the engines will need to be new-builds. Many #OSINT and defense/security outlets report the work as occurring at Omsktransmash, but this is plainly incorrect.

GTD-series: I don't know much about developments beyond the GTD-1000 baseline. My understanding of old performance benchmarks, via Andriy Tarasenko, is here [3]. For the nuts and bolts, all I can recommend is fishing around for information from actually-credible tankfags [4] on sturgeon's house.
