Giant black dildo. Max armor. You'd see me with that thing and know you can't kill me and I'm going to tear you in half through your asshole. Everyone runs rather than fight.

AP mine resistancy and full body flak armour. 80% of injuries in Ukraine are from shrapnel, but it's the fucking butterfly mines that scare me the most.'

The first one would be a logstical aid. Something to help fix the tank or unload a pallet of 155mm.

The second one would focus on heavy weapons. ATGMs, MANPADS, Mortars, AMRs, and Automatic Grenade Launchers.

The third one would be a shock trooper. Full body Level III protection with Level IV on the head and torso. Something that can really punch through trenches and urban combat.

>Power sources
Just give them a vehicle. Modified APC, unarmored truck, or even a bike with a really good alternator. The vehicle mounts the combustion engine to keep the armor charged so the armor spends no energy just walking to the fight and can recharge in the field.'

First I'd worry about them being able to carry their existing load before thinking about adding anything more. I also wouldn't want it to be the limiting factor for speed or endurance. After that, I'd look into added armor and ammo capacity.'

You need a powerplant small enough or a battery pack that can hold a lot of charge in order to run the electric joint motors long enough to actually make them have any value on a battlefield. They'd also have to be stupidly easy to disassemble and repair so that Miguel, Jesus, Paco, and Tyrique can fix them in the field, as White guys aren't dying for ZOG anymore. That's 95% of the "infinite" budget right there, R&D. They'd also have one use : Carry heavy shit up hills. There's not an armor system on Earth that can withstand modern ordinance, so trying to remake Robocop is a waste of time.'

A solid oxide fuel cell covers 16 hours of work for a suit with >60% XSAPI body coverage per the TALOS exoskeleton program. You're welcome.'

Design a "universal hull" with modular parts. Armor plates, weapon hardpoints, utility systems, all sorts of goodies. It's basically an exoskeleton that takes strain off the wearer while granting them higher endurance and allowing them to do work that would normally take multiple people like lifting and moving heavy things. Would be designed in such a way that even without power it still offers support, though you may have to jettison attached parts if they're too heavy for you. Offer a civilian model of this frame as well. This would likely be especially popular in logistics. Combat use would likely resemble what you see in the Tom Cruise version of Edge of Tomorrow.

Also design a low profile suit that is a lightweight frame sealed with lightweight plates. This would be more focused around speed and CBRN protection right out of the box while the UF is far less specialized and higher torque. Still slightly modular but far less options than the UF.

The third option would be a "brute hull". This is more along the lines of what you see in Fallout 4. Much more robust, much higher strength, adds an extra foot to the wearers height even without armor attached. Can support significant armoring and easily handle heavy weapons a normal person just simply couldn't use on their own. Armor would be comparable to light armored vehicles and sealed when fully set up. This suit would have to operate as part of mechanized forces and would be designed with charging in transit in mind. Adapters and special seats to allow IVFs and trucks to feed them power as they ride outside would also be developed. The best use of these would be doorkickers and other urban warfare. Modularity would be almost entirely focused around combat with weapon mounts, pic rails, various armor weights and types, combat information computer systems, and all sorts of goodies.

All sets would have a microdrone bay option.'

The biggest issue would be power which I'd hire several competing teams to work on during frame development. The goal would be a small, relatively lightweight power source that isn't going to kill the user if damaged/punctured that is capable of operating it's specific hull for no less than 12 hours and is easily swapped.'

Lvl3+ uhmwpe plates all over like star wars
Full face helmet with digital night vision and minimap
10lb 338lm battle rifle that takes enbloc clips, fiberglass stock that looks like wood + bigass advanced muzzle brake that won't give away your position
One guy per squad carries the KAC lmmg, also in 338lm'

>near term:
A modular exo-skeleton system that can allow for the use of just the back/leg system or the back/arm upper body system. The batteries would be molded to fit onto the thights with hardpoints for accessories such as holsters and pockets with a universal mounting system on the back that can be used to mount a soldier's kit or extra batteries for extended operations. The system can still be used even unpowered.

>Future:
A modular muscle suit that can be worn under uniforms. The primary focus is on "endurance enhancement and can act as a connector of sorts for external systems such as a dedicated exo-skeleton for strength enhancing capabilities.

>Far distant future:
Standard brain/machine interfaces that allow for seemless and naturel movement and contro. Can mount a secondary set of arms for increased dexterity and strength.'

Go partial Crysis; strong enough to use miniguns as proper infantry firearms, and durable enough to withstand at least rifle caliber. The rest of the infinite budget would go to cool shit like holographic GPS, a jetpack that isn't huge like the ones we have now, and a bitchin' full face helmet that also acts as a rebreather, be it for going underwater or encountering chemical/biological weaponry.'

Honestly, go the full Space Marine route.
>Exoskeleton can support a big comprehensive suit of ~4ml thick tempered steel plates, with a dedicated ceramic overlayer on strike 'shield' surfaces such as big pauldrons, greaves and chest/head.
>Use it to let people port either more powerful guns, or something like an Ironman belt feed to an LMG of some kind.
I've worn suits as bulky, and they're not awful to run in, and it would be of genuine benefit. Also, it'd restore the older, chivalric "deeds of legend" mentality that is absent from the modern military, whereby small groups of individuals genuinely compete to show who's the greatest in battle.'
