I am friends with some of the oldest book dealers or acquaintance with them in the business. I know the secrets too.
He bought it from Forum Auctions last year (open auction) for just $1500. They had valued it at just $300.

I'll say this... a lesser copy of this book (I won't explain this part) sold for $7500, in 2006.';
