In the video some guy is using a water hose to spray down the side walk and steps away for a split second. The homeless chick with the fat ass walks up, pulls her pants down and uses the hose to clean herself. She pulls her fat ass cheeks apart splashes water in between and then quickly walks off.

This is all recorded on like some CCTV camera. So it's like a high angle but you can see everything. I've tried every rendition of "homeless woman cleans herself with water hose" garden hose, crackhead woman, dirty hippy, etc etc. I know I seen it reposted on Reddit before but I can't track it down and it's driving me crazy. Any internet sleuths can help?
