In manufacturing 5000 units would be considered a small order, if a company can not expect to sell the first production run then it is not economically feasible to create the product. Many of these characters may sell a few hundred at best, possibly as low as a few dozen.
So, where are the custom builders capable of producing one to dozen of a figure that would fill this niche of /toy/'s troll threads?';
