Her eyes look weird...I looked up the source material and it looks like a parody of anime where everything is drawn wrong on purpose to "emulate" 80s/90s style anime OVAs. Her eyes in the comic look like she's wearing wide rimmed glasses constantly. Also the lines of each character design are very sharp with lots of edges except for the titties of each girl giving off the appearance of an early 2000s cartoon. It looks more like Invader Zim with way more tits and thighs than it does any anime/manga I've ever seen. I think the worst thing about it is the oppressively bright shading filters and fucking CHROMATIC ABERRATION layered onto a 2D COMIC. The body will use my existing hands and feet, as they work nicely and it saves on effort at this stage- the smaller feet and hands poking through will be deleted. Cause in Arknights, the lore is that these mythical beings like Dusk and her sister Nian are siblings of a greater 12, whose age is determined by who discovers themselves first. This is significant because they're all pieces of a greater whole, a single being who is basically the God of the world - but split up into different entities who have big sibling command over the others 'younger' than them. But because in Arknights, everyone is a humanized animal, it doesn't signify importance if they all represent various parts of the zodiac. As there are plenty of all of those in the world. But only a few Dragons. So they're all dragons.
Here, it seems they're making the dragon girl and she could just be a part of a standard zodiac. I didn't see that cause the design is way too starkly skin to Dusk. The whole gradient legs and hands of wild colors gives that impression of at least an inspiration. I guess so. I really wish I had more to go on in reference to their quality. Both Anahita and Longji have very thin and long parts. Longji's tail and Anahita's braided hair as well as chains dangling off her snake eye pattern performance weapons. The vibrance of colors, apparent plethora of accessories and swappable parts. They're certainly ambitious but maybe the best deal figurewise in a long time. We'll see.

'So I had a test with turning heads made in Daz 3D into printable heads for figures. It's definitely trickier than I thought it would be because the Genesis 9 head geometry is a bit of a pain to "clean up" for printing (normals are a mess, lots of gap-filling and booleans needed to make a manifold mesh) but it does work. Once that's done you just need to remesh it, smooth out excess facets and if desired sculpt any extra details before adding the required sockets for neck joints. Made this generic head as a test (not meant to be anyone in particular) and it printed wonderfully. Of course, this one is bald because it was a quick test but obviously hair can be modelled and added.

Put my replacement printer through its paces and tried printing a body I know already works. First time I got a few adhesion failures, but the second time everything printed, and I had some spare parts from previous prints to complete both bodies. I'm having far more luck with this newer printer even though it's the exact same model, the quality of the parts is much better (though I suspect a combination of my inexperience and repeated repairs on the old one didn't help). The one from the second batch in particular is easily the best figure I've ever printed in terms of finish and solidity.
That said, I'm gonna have to model some more anime-esque heads. These heads were intended as test pieces and I printed them alongside the bodies just so they weren't headless, but they're kinda uncanny as fuck, even accounting for the lack of hair and paint. Probably gonna just make some OC heads, but a friend of mine is suggesting I do Pico and Chico from Boku no Pico for keks.';
