Kingsman, newly made nobleman who is nominally the leader of the 'heroes' and loyal to the King. He also hates all the other 'heroes' with a passion. One is a greedy pedophile holy woman grabbing land for the Church, another is a prideful egomaniac abusing the law for his own end, another is a vile powerhungry magic user seeking immortality, and the last is a traitor Knight who broke her vows loyalty to her master who he barely trusts even if it was for the King. Finally the King, an old tired man who has lived too long. Suspicious, paranoid and powerhungry, he barely can keep himself from murdering his own children as they hover around his throne like vultures for him to die.';

In this case is our MC and her best friend, let's call her Bestie-san. They've been best friends all throughout middle school, around the same time as MC's father died, and always joined the same club, usually something that didn't require much effort.
They both love the school, the teachers and all that (Math Teacher-san is surprisingly kind and caring). Anyway, club recruitment happens during the first weeks, as soon as they open for recruitment MC and Bestie-san hop right into finding one for them, since they joining the same club is pretty much an unspoken rule at this point. So they go to the board (there's a board in the main hall) and pin down some clubs that they might join such as the reading club, movies club, math club (they heard that there's few girls in the math club and they don't do pretty much anything at all), anyway, something easy going, aside from that they see at the list they see a ジャズクラブ (JAZZ CLUB) not 部 (Bu) but クラブ (CLUB), they find that pretty funny, Bestie-san actually finds it hilarious and bursts out laughing, this is the only music club which is also curious for them, but that's about it.
In their way to the Movie Club room they see the Jazz Club room and decide to check it out, out of curiousness. She did, she played classical music because her father did as well, so she played it to please him until he passed away, she didn't hated it, but didn't necessarily liked it, so MC quickly explains herself "I did, but that was like, 3 years ago, I doubt I could play anything right now. Plus, me and Bestie are looking for a club to join together. "I see, well, that's a bit of a bummer, we we're looking for a piano player since Piano-san graduated." Bass-san answers.
Anyway, the duo continues their search for a club, but Bestie-san notices MC is kinda out of tune. "Are you really okay?" She asks. And after some dialogue MC reveals her piano-dad background.';

The other girls are really impressed this time, and they start to play some actual Jazz from then on, as MC and Bass-san romance develops slowly. The romance itself would be kinda cliché actually. Our MC gets nervous whenever Bass-san talks directly to her, with time she gets used to it, but so Bass changes, she starts to give her special attention and always seems to be at the right (or wrong?) place at the right time, which makes MC kinda panic sometimes and she starts to act all weird, not knowing at first that she's falling in love for the first time (but, eventually, this time she knows it's for real), Bass-san also realizes this and starts to get bolder and bolder.
Also, Bestie-san would fall for Math Teacher-san, who's the math club advisor (duh). At first because she's super caring and adorable (and really goes on the math club), but when needed she shows to be mature and responsible. My brain also keeps thinking of a possible pairing for Drums-san. But I don't know who that might be, perhaps another band member? Someone of the fangirls? Maybe another member of the math club (who could also be one of the fangirls)?
Anyway, I haven't give much thought to MC's personality except that she would be kind of a scaredy cat, but would find courage during all of that playing hard jazz and being in love stuff. She doesn't know much about music, except for classical and "whatever is in (or on?)" yet she finds a new passion with jazz.
Bestie-san is really optimistic, a bit happy-go-lucky, supportive and quite stubborn, she always cheer MC up, and even starts to go to the rehearsals whenever she can. I suppose her musical taste is irrelevant except she enjoys the band.
Bass-san is really intelligent, has a mature and mostly serious personality, but can be playful and sometimes daring specially with MC. Her musical taste is very eclectic, she likes jazz, classical, (subgenres of) electronic, all types of rock, music from all over the world, you name it.
Sax-san is a bit of an oddball.';

I have the idea that the villains technically win in the end, but since they've all been (mostly) redeemed by the the MC, it's less 'evil has won!' and more 'the magical kingdom from another dimension secretly runs the world now'. Maybe with the former bully and her magical girls being a resistance force, and definitely falling in love with each other. Meanwhile, the MC ultimately becomes the leader of the forces of evil, if only because every monster girl from the common mook to the demon goddess have fallen in love with her and will do anything for her.';

'Something I came up on a car drive. A masseuse opens up a massage parlor. She trained in multiple countries and places to provide the most soothing massages. Each chapter will have her deal with a new customer.

The first chapter would be a standard introduction. A new customer who has never had a massage in their life. They have a stressful office job where they get constant back and shoulder pain. She sees the newly open massage parlor, gets curious, and enters. The masseuse greets her and shows her the menu. On it, it says:

Aside from the last part of the menu, the girl is surprised at how cheap everything is. Since it's cheaper to do the full body massage than picking both shoulder and back, she opts for that option. The masseuse obliges and instructs her to remove all of her clothes. While the lady is surprised, she understands. She goes into the changing room, and while she undresses, the masseuse informs her that she has spare underwear for her to put on. The massage starts, and the masseuse really knows what she's doing. The character's shoulders feel lighter, her back feels straight, and her legs are less tired. But every once in a while, the masseuse would rub against her nipples, touch her inner thigh, or go in between her butt crack. Not in a perverted manner, but it feels nice for another person to touch those areas. At some point her mind starts to wander. She's in a bit of a daze of feeling hot and bothered, but also enjoying the sensation of someone touching her. Before she realizes it, time is up. She can feel herself wet between her legs. The masseuse tells her that she hopes she feels better, that she's been a great customer, and hopes to see her again. The character is instructed to take a shower, but before she does she looks at the menu again.';

The character starts to blush once she realizes what she meant by that. The masseuse then whispers in her ear, "If you want this option, there's no time limit. Remove your underwear, and get back on the table." The character's heart starts to beat fast but follows her orders. She removes her underwear, gets on the table, and covers her face in embarrassment. She hears the masseuse cover her hand in oil, and as she walks closer the character feels compelled to start spreading her legs
You can imagine the rest.
But afterward, the chapter character is in an intense afterglow. She never felt a sensation like that in her life. The masseuse once again thanks her. Tells her that she's welcomed any time, and hopes to see her more in the future. The client leaves, both in disbelief over what happened by also by how much she spent. She goes home, and starts to plan out a budget and schedule so she can see the masseuse once more.

Next chapters will range from more lewd, and more wholesome. Sometimes it's a woman who knows what a happy massage is, sometimes it's someone who legitimately just has a back problem. I would want a character down the line to reciprocate and give back to the masseuse too. But yeah, I was thinking about writing a prostitution massage story, but on the PoV of the prostitute themselves.';

I actually really like this. I'm a sucker for magical girls and going against what's expected. I think I'd add something about how MC, despite being a savior for the evil baddies, can't deal with her own bullying. How that affects her and if she ever overcomes that. Or maybe she starts to wonder why the bully stopped, if she does. I am curious who you'd want the characters to be with. It's obvious for it to be MC and bully, but that doesn't seem right. And yeah, no idea what an ending can be. If done right, you can have the magical girls win but you have to make it feel right to get it be satisfying. Either way, love this story.';

Something I think is important for the MC's character development here is that it mirrors the character arc of a standard magical girl MC, except in this case she's obviously aligned with the villains while her bully is the leader of the magical girl team, and so that sort of twists the narrative a bit:

An example of this would be reaching out to a cute, nerdy girl who feels ostracized, except because the MC's a dark magical girl, while she still helps the girl and lifts her spirits, the end result is the nerdy girl becoming a monster girl. Same thing with the rich girl who is secretly lonely, who becomes a sponsor for the MC, giving the villains legitimacy with her family connections.

As for who the relations would be, debating on that. Obviously, there would be your typical 'magical girl x dark magical girl rival' yuri, except it would be more complex than usual. After all, the magical girl is the bully, in this case, even though she eventually changes her ways.';

I think the initial interaction between the MC and her bully/rival would be the smug bully using her position as a magical girl and her initial power advantage to try and force the usual 'magical girl redeems her rival' trope, which includes the romantic aspect, but when the MC gains the edge, suddenly she becomes desperate and angry to prove she's better.

You know, thinking on it, it gives me an idea: after her first real loss to the MC, when the MC gains a power up that lets her stomp the magical girl team, what if it had an opposite effect of the usual 'MC defeats rival' trope? In this case, the MC is the dark magical girl. Meanwhile, the bully has been broken, her ego shattered. A desperate, heartbroken bully who's ego has been deflated...sounds like a perfect recipe for a dark magical girl, doesn't it?

It might be interesting to have the MC lure her former bully into corruption, just like a normal magical girl MC redeems her rival.

Truth be told, though, my initial idea for relationships was to have the bully have yuri with her fellow teammates, as the lot of them band together after their defeat, realizing they screwed up in the past and deciding to be better together. Meanwhile, the MC would be surrounded by monster girls, dark generals, dark magical girls, and various female villains who all want her.

I suppose one way of doing it would be to have the MC slowly but surely corrupt all the magical girls into dark magical girls, using all the tricks a normal MC would on villainous rivals to instead lure her magical girl foes to the dark side.

Huh, maybe that's how it should end: your normal Bad End where all the magical girls get corrupted and the villains take over the world, except because the MC genuinely loves them, it feels like a happy ending. It's like how certain magical girls series end with the MC becoming a queen or goddess...except this time, it's a dark magical girl MC becoming the new Empress of Evil.';

Because of this, while her pool of magic starts off shallow, because she’s shallow, she starts off with a fairly big chunk of magical power. However, since the MC has the usual magical girl MC personally, just as a dark magical girl, her power is weaker than the bully’s at first, but virtually endless in its ability to grow.

The bully starts off as the leader of the team because she’s the strongest, making it seem like she’s a prodigy and the most connected to the Light, or whatever term I’d use for the source of the magical girls’ power. Plus, given her personality, she was far more eager to take the leadership role than the rest of the team. Plus the mascot’s a little biased since the bully did help it.';

There wasn’t one. It’s important to note that this isn’t a faction or an organization, this is a magical girl team that is just forming, just like in a normal magical girl show. There are powers behind the magical girl team, but they’re more like sponsors who give the magical girls their powers than faction heads. When you consider how all of the girls are novices, why wouldn’t the seeming prodigy take charge? Especially since she’s so keen to take the lead. Are the other girls happy with it? Well no, not really. She starts off as a brat, and once the girls learn her civilian identity, they like her even less. But consider how, at least initially, the bully’s raw strength essentially puts the girls on easy mode. Their lives aren’t at risk, and they get to feel a little like heroes without any danger.

The problems start once the bully starts falling behind power wise, just like the rival normally does. There’s no real team cohesion, since unlike a normal magical girl MC, the bully hasn’t tried bringing her team together or making friends. Being a magical girl becomes a chore, or even a job. There’s also not a whole lot of long term strategy, because the girls are just focused on the immediate issues. This is why, after the magical girls’ attack on the villains’ headquarters fails thanks to the MC, it’s a scenario loss: the villains have gained control of the city through both of their recent victories and the problems the magical girls didn’t solve.

It’s why the bully’s development post-defeat is so important: she’s been humbled, and now has to face the facts she’s screwed up bad. This is where the team starts to come together, as they realize they haven’t been acting like magical girls. This is where they start becoming a proper team. It’s not enough: the villains have the edge as is and they have the MC on their side. But it’s the point where they become a real threat to the villains again.';

After catching up, Sumika convinces Ayame to join her in the online game, Sorcery Online: ReBorn (basically, a non-lethal Sword Art Online inspired by the Wizardry games).

In the virtual world, Ayame is unfettered by her physical limitations and feels a sense of thrilling exhilaration she thought was lost to her since the accident. Upon clearing the tutorial dungeon, she is greeted by Sumika congratulates her... but then suddenly proposes to her!

There are ulterior motives to this, and Sumika is upfront about them: Sorcery Online: ReBorn allows its players to marry each other, regardless of gender, and those who are married get certain bonuses and skills. Sumika is hyper-competitive in this game and wants every advantage she can get, but at the same time, she wants her in-game partner to be someone she can trust unquestionably, thus Ayame.

After some thought, Ayame agrees. She has found excitement in this world, and she thinks it'd be best to have a friend who's got her back.

And thus begins their adventure together. But will this in-game marriage be nothing more than quid pro quo, or will it develop into something more... real?

This is an idea I had on a lark, but I have no idea how to flesh it out beyond that pitch. If you think you can run with it, I'll gladly let you take it.';

They discover a technology that allows females to become pregnant without the involvement of males, and use this to reproduce amongst themselves.

They could reproduce either themselves to give both to a clone.

Or one woman can be impregnated by multiple other women, and as a result have a daughter who has half the mother's DNA, with the other half being equally composed of all her "fathers".

In any case, it allowed them to select which genes from each of its parents would go into the child, but as they lived on a planet populated entirely by females, they could only ever produce a female child with it.';

As they were artificially created humans that were intended to be sold as custom-made sex slaves, and they had come from a society without sexual laws or taboos, neither did the society they had created out from it, rape wasnt even a concept in their law, and a normal life had heavily involved incest, pedophilia, and casual sex, having sex in public with groups of strangers is a commonplace occurrence

The generations who were now billions of years removed from their progenitors had thenselves evolved away from humanity, and become their own all-female alien species that was merely derived from humans - The Amazonians, which would later challenge the male-dominated empire as yet another hostile faction that had split off from them
Just as imperial humanity had done, this species further diversified itself as they had settled many other planets and adapted to new environments
Some became giants, as big and large as possible for a sapient humanoid biped, others became the reverse, as little and small as possible for a sapient humanoid biped to be
Some became elves, taller and more slender ("flat"), other became dwarves, shorter and more stout ("stacked")

Each of these extremes mimicked the development of the imperial races, and so were named as the imperial races were, with "amazonian" attached to their names as a prefix
The Amazonians as a whole served as a vicious mockery of the patriarchal imperium, being a genderswapped imitation of their glory';

'This has similarities to what was seen with the greenskin horde of the orcish goblinoid mutants that had arrived from the post-apocalyptic future as refugees (running from the forces of hell) only to terrorize their ancestral races in the imperium as a conquering force of barabarians who had seemingly come out from nowhere, though this was because nobody knows of the origin of the greenskins as the mutated descendants of the imperials

Like the Amazons, the orcs were a mirror species composed of counterparts to each of the imperial races (the "pure" humans, the ones who became big, the ones who became small, the ones who became elvish, and the ones who became dwarvish) after developing the green skins and goblinoid features that characterized the orcish hordes, along with an ability to survive in irradiated environments due to a symbiotic relationship with a fungus within their very cells, something that also helps them to regenerate from damage sustained.

It was one of their raids upon the empire which had caused the ship full of mail-order waifus to crash, and the Amazonians are hostile to both the species who they owe their existence to, primarily because nobody remembers where the amazons had originated from, not even the amazons themselves know of their origins';

I really hoped I could end this in nine posts, for nine tails, but here we are. Hope the reveal the fox woman wasn't a real kitsune wasn't too out of the blue, I tried to drop hints here and there she was something other throughout the story, like how she was briefly confused at hearing dogs barking before realizing 'oh, I'm supposed to be afraid of that'. The reason for the fox woman's obsession with foxes is that she's trying to follow the theme for kitsunes, using her unnatural abilities to mimic them as best she can. She gives up on it at the end, too enraged to keep up the act.';

I wish I know enough about Blue Archive to even write a fic but I'm too lazy to play the game and the anime doesn't follow the one group I'm interested in (cleaning & clearing). I'm a sucker for academy city settings and girls with guns so maybe I'll try and read some manga adaptations.';
