RF4's NPCs are mostly elevated simply due to the fact that they have so much reactivity to everything. It's nice to very rarely run into repetitive dialogue, though on the face I find them generally a bit boring by comparison to RFF and RF3 girls, they do develop more over the course of the game simply due to the amount of content that they have.';

He's only done the items and mobs I think but so far it's a huge improvement
