I mean through the web version you get through office.com. The guides online talk about going to the "Headers and Footers" section, but there's no Headers section, just Footers. This watermark is on all my slides, and I can't remove it. I could just paint over it, but then I can't use images for backgrounds, so I'd rather just remove it entirely.'

}

Here are all the steps to restore the footers on your slides. Probably only one of these is necessary, but it's hard to know which one ahead of time:

Choose View>Slide Master.
In the left-hand thumbnail list, scroll to the top, larger slide. This is the actual Slide Master.
If the Footer is not visible, choose Slide Master>Master Layout and check Footer.
Move down to the first Slide Layout below the Master. If the footer is not visible, click on the box beside Slide Master>Master Layout>Footers.
Repeat step 4 for each layout.
Close Slide Master view.
Visit each slide and click the Home>Reset button to update it with the revised slide layout.'
;

}

}
}
