String comment = 'In 2021 I went into psychosis, multiple things led to this, but it was mainly a mix of spiritual pursuit and trauma. Lots of strange and unexplainable things happened to me in this time, and this made it hard to distinguish reality from psychosis. But one specific person sticks out above everyone else.
I got sectioned after doing something really dangerous, I live near one of the most difficult to navigate rivers in my country. Whilst in psychosis I was instructed by the voices to swim across this river, which I did. But, that river was the river where my dad's best friend killed himself. He was in psychosis when this happened, but I didn't know about that part until after my hospital stay (he killed himself when I was 8 so I wasn't told the full story).
In the hospital I met a woman, she looked like the female version of my dad's best friend and she talked like him too. When she first saw me she came upto me and asked "is your dad Harry Smith? He was my best friend in culinary school, we used to live together, you look just like him." I was pretty shocked and replied "no, my dad is Barry Smith, but to be fair he did go to culinary school." I was shocked because she said a name almost identical to my dad's and my dad really did meet his best friend in culinary school where they started living together as a result.';

This woman also said other things that perplexed me, she told me she believed she was really a man trapped in a woman's body, but that she wasn't trans. She didn't want to transition, but she knew her soul was in the wrong body. She looked after me the whole time I was in hospital, she said she felt some pull towards me that she just couldn't explain.
When I got out of the hospital my dad told me that what scared him so much about my psychosis was that it was identical to his best friend's episode. We were saying all the same things, we were reporting the same entities talking to us, we had the exact same beliefs and we both felt the pull of the river. My dad never told me any of this before, so it's not possible for me to have been mimicking the symptoms his best friend had.
Since I crossed the river things have been different for me, physically, there's signs that I'm not in the same place anymore.
With the Mandela effect and quantum immortality I hear many people who think they may have died, but they just wake up as if nothing ever happened from their perspective. I think when I crossed the river like I was told I hopped out of my old reality and into a new one and I think I met the version of my dad's best friend that did the same.

It appears as demonic to me, still those episodes can have deeply meaningful and positive themes, stuff we agreed to experience on the soul level, maybe passed down from our parents "I couldn't resolve this topic, would you like to have a go son?"
All of your story can be explained with relatively mundane stuff, the same demon influencing different people and cosmic syncs to help you wake up from the dream. Of course these can feel shocking when not knowing about the true nature of reality.';

It could have been demonic, but that whole experience turned my life around, I'm in a completely different place now thanks to all of that, so I do think there was at least some positive force involved. For me it was a really magical experience, it felt like I was seeing reality for the first time. In the end, whether it was demonic forces or otherwise I am grateful for the whole experience, but it does baffle me to this day, I saw things I think I'll never be able to wrap my head around.';

Slow is fine and it's right for me at this time, the pace will pick up again, but if I end up back in that mental state I'll be locked in a hospital and I won't be let out this time. At the moment my physical health demands that I take it slow. I have by no means reverted and I still progress, but I have to get the balance right. Soon I'll be back to normal and I'll be able to pick up the pace, but I learned so much I think it's good to take some time to understand and integrate the experience.';

This can't be true, as an example all of your focus could be to help the vessel heal fast. All of the spiritual work is internal, healing internally is safe. Refuse all external energies with love, don't wield energies with you will, and in meditation focus letting the root chakra balance itself. Also meditate in nature refusing all stories like mystical experiences, simple empty minded meditation is very powerful and will leave you feeling good.';

It is, I don't want to go in to the reason, but medically I need to take it easy right now, I can barely walk right now, so it's important for me to rest. Consider finding a better teacher.
It's fine if the progress appears as slow as long as there is a driving passion in action.
