I broke up with my ex November 2022. I really thought my life was over. By far the most depressed I've ever been. But somehow I managed to dig out of it. I bought a house, got back into a profession I thought was lost to me, and manifested rekindling things with another ex and it's been going really well.
I never thought I'd ever be happy again but I actually am. I do miss my ex, but but in an agonizing way, but in that I'll think of a memory or inside joke and instead of crying, i smile now, and appreciate how much they made me grow as a person and as a partner.
The sad times still get to me, especially if I have too much sugar or no exercise. But overall I've made it, and you will too.';
