'I’ve been working on a hypothetical stack. Granted I don’t know much and the only thing I take currently is creatine plus zinc and D+K occasionally, but here’s what I would be interested to try if I was going all out:

Boron (glycinate, 50mg (6mg elemental))
Zinc (picolinate, 25mg)
D+K2 (5000iu+100mcg)
Magnesium (glycinate? 200mg? Every time I’ve taken mag it wrecks my sleep so I need to try different variations)
Selenium (just eat 2 Brazil nuts)
Thiamine (HCL, 25mg)
Niacinamide (125mg)
Creatine (creapure, 5g)
Beta alanine (carnosyn, 1g)
Ginseng (panax, 200mg)
Cordyceps militaris (500mg)
Shilajit (primavie, 250mg)
Butea superba (400mg)
Tribulus terrestris (250mg)
Tongkat ali (200mg)
Cistanche tubulosa (200mg)

The last four are herbs that supposedly raise dht significantly. Not sure how this stack would work, perhaps alternating the more stimulating stuff and only taking on workout days. This is assuming a well balanced diet with plenty of meat, fish, eggs, milk, OJ, coffee. Anything important seem missing?'

I forgot to add that I do take theanine and tyrosine occasionally and would add to the stack. Theanine (200mg) is very effective at quelling anxiety or caffeine jitters for me. Tyrosine (500mg) gives me a nice little mood boost in the morning, though mainly I use a megadose (3-6g) to combat certain symptoms of adrenaline, really gets rid of cold clammy hands in performance anxiety situations and makes my body feel very warm instead of chilled.

Is all this a waste of money and tough on my organs? It’s possible but I’m honestly feeling less interested in longevity lately and more focused on vitality and I’m close to giving it a shot to find out. Honestly the price wouldn’t even be that bad for what would hopefully last me 2-6 months depending on how much I cycle.'
