If Crafsman can make an injection molded toy in his workspace, I wonder how much it would cost to do a 1-man Glyos PVC operation. Buy or build a desktop injection molding machine, make multiple small steel molds for a figure, inject the pvc pellets yourself. Trim all the parts off the sprues. Save the sprues to make another figure in the future (like that green Pheyden Matt made). Make paint masks using those disc foil trays, and airbrush the parts yourself. Throw the parts into bags and heat seal them. These runs are so small and so spaced out that surely they could be done by 1-man over the course of a month. Pay yourself for all the work and cut out paying a bunch of factory workers.';

I love how well the new Onell head and mask work for this. Uses Battle Tribe Orion and Ken tribute figures, and most recent Gearus cape. I want to keep something like this as a permanant build, but I'd like to make him a bit bigger and to have better range of movement. I for sure want to use the Battle Tribes Ninja body and belt.

The Stormtrooper head is one of the Sincroborg stowaways that I just peeled the cover off of the hidden Callgrim face. I'll be painting the eyes and frowny mouth black when I get the nerves up to do it.
