The story ends with the bear setting herself into a seaside cave at high tide to drown, and as she becomes submerged, she somehow sheds herself of herself, becoming the constellation Ursa Major.
Jo has a lot of animal-themed songs and lyrics rife with animal imagery. Her combination of traditional chamber music with folk music is no surprise when you consider her background as a classically trained harpist. Her lyrical work is absolutely genius, too.

And the mark of a true musician, imo, is that she sounds exactly the same live as she does on her recordings.
