How do I balance my consumption? So let's say for example I go to the gym in the evening, and before that my whole day would consist of 2 meals and 2 milkshakes. The issue is that I'm gonna feel really heavy going into the gym with all that shit in my system, is that something I have to learn how to power through? I also want to eat a pack of cookies for additional calories after a gym session, which is much harder to do if I do it right after a meal. The whole thing would land me in the range of 3.5k calories.
