No but what strategy? Like is there any point lifting with such suppressed test levels?

Cardio daily only till I get to a reasonable body fat percentage?

I've been eating 2k calories a day everything scanned on mfp and walking 5k. I've only lost 6lbs in 2 months. Which means my metabolism is fucked up.'

Reduce your caloric intake.
You eat less.
You eat more potatoes, strawberries, joghurt/quark, drink more water/diet soda if you're a bitch.'

"Metabolism" is a meme. You're not a special man that can magically not spend energy when doing things.

You eat way more than you think you fat fuck. Stop eating.
You can even fast. Just stop eating altogether until you're a human weight.'

Raise your general fitness immediately. You can lift or do yoga or whatever, you just need to get stronger and healthier now. Walking is good but other things are needed on top of that given your situation.

A few things that really helped me come back after a bad accident, worse than yours in many ways was this:
>focus on getting good sleep
>de-stress as often as possible, you went through something most people never had to experience and it has fucked up your cortisol and amygdala, your body is still under intense pressure obviously
>drink a shit ton of water
More than what is recommended. Your metabolism is shitty right now, hydration is the answer. I'm not memeing, you need to be drinking 4-6 large glasses of water with meals and shitting regularly or your metabolism is never going to improve. I would forgo alcohol, juice, energy drinks, etc etc until this improves. Some coffee and etc may be helpful.
>look into grounding/earthing
This helps with inflammation
>sauna
Many benefits
>lymph massage
Chances are your lymph is quite stagnant, this is most of the immune system that's not in the GI tract, it's actually typical to be stagnant after you've been bombed with antibiotics like only people in your situation have been

Treat it like martial arts anon, the journey for you is now a bit different but you'll have to develop skills now to get out of this. You can do inversion therapy in case it's spine/hip compression regarding height. But it's a matter of general fitness, not test or any one thing most likely. I had low T and was diagnosed with hypogonadism after my accident, never went on HRT, just had to basically re-learn how to chill the duck out again andy whole body composition changed, also my balls went back to mogging duck eggs just fyi'

Solid advice here so far, have you considered TRT? Once you lose weight of course, I know it can cause cardiac issues'

I wouldn't lift yet because your body probably won't move properly after an accident and the time in bed. I'd try DDP yoga until you are moving well. Diet is simple, just pick any diet that looks healthy and weigh yourself weekly, if you don't lose weight eat less.'
;

}

if(Anonymous && title=='undefined' && postNumber==74114981 && dateTime=='04/23/24(Tue)12:13:13') {

trt will not cause cardiac issues, taking huge amounts of steroids can. I lost weight and gained muscle hopping on trt but wasn't nearly as fat as OP.'

Working out and a healthy lifestyle will increase your test retard.'

TRT, specifically test c, causes bloating which can increase blood pressure. It's not insta-fatal but OP would need to go on a BP medicine like telmisartan.

OP would most likely also have to take a a larger AI dose due to the body fat. Any clinic that prescribes test can also hook him up with the other two. GP might balk at giving TRT due to his weight and bodyfat %, but clinics don't care as long as your money is right.

I also wouldn't go thr GLP route given your extreme weight. You would blow your gallbladder out if you start burning too much fat at once.'
