Had one, second worst piece of shit I've owned. All the plastic cladding and bumpers fell off of it, even lost a plastic hubcap the first week. Just popped off somewhere on the highway. They're just sticking all the plastic parts on it without really making sure it's firmly on there and this seems to be an issue with all Toyotas. Suspension went to shit early, around 40k miles it blew a strut, tranmission started getting skippy even though I changed the fluid on time, stock windshield was incredibly thin and cracked from anything, backup cam became too dim to see, burned through headlights like a mf. I don't buy Toyotas anymore, not sure why the reliability meme persists when that was their 2000 and prior vehicles. I inherited a '99 4runner from my dad and it had zero issues at 290k miles. The only thing was the exhaust stunk because Mexicans stole the cat and we didn't replace it with OEM. It still pumped exhaust into the interior though which made me wonder if they all do that and you just can't smell it because the cat converts it.
