100nm isn't that much and a large crescent wrench can get you close enough if you use logic via positioning the wrench so you can stand on it to tighten, or if you aren't a dyel just tighten it towards you and put your other hand on the tire.
Also, if you have this issue on the trip just tighten by hand, and if it comes loose again hit up a hardware store on the way for threadlocker, a bigger wrench, cheater bar, etc.
I carry a specific tool kit for each bike on trips. Helps me confirm I have the tools I need, and on some bikes I don't need 1/2 the sockets/wrenches that are recommended.';

The Katana kinda disqualified first because of the fuel capacity and also insurance cost, since it creeps into a higher bracket with its 150hp here. Would literally have been twice as expensive.
