Anon, you're leaving thursday. A day when many people in LA begin to take off for a weekender and driving DIRECTLY through LA which can easily put you well behind schedule for you getting to Seattle.
The route you have can easily be fucked with the coastal roads being limited in lanes.
At minimum you're looking at 24hrs no accidents, 3x8hrs(or 4x6 hours+buffer for traffic) of driving a day puts you getting in Saturday night at the earliest or most likely Sunday given weekend traffic given your route. I'm from PHX, regularly drive to LA and sometimes SF. You're REALLY pushing your luck if this is for work. You might be able to do the bridge+Redwoods but not the rest of your trip if you want to make it guaranteed on Sunday before work.';

Assuming you're traveling during the day then it's more like 48hrs unless you're simply planning to eat on the road and such. You have major cities on your route that will clog during the weekends.
You're looking at 9.5 hours simply from home->point a, so unless you're leaving at 2AM Thursday you're going to hit traffic in and around LA. You'll need to leave stupid early to actually see the park since the main areas of Sequoia close around 4PM, you're in for a hell of a first day if you want to get there around noon and actually do anything rather than just simply drive through. You're looking at no less than 12 hours in your car to gas/eat/park/get to a hotel. This assumes NO traffic.
The B stop for golden gate I hope isn't your final destination, the bay area goes to shit early on Fridays. Assuming you actually want to see the red woods you'll need to power closer to Eureka or as close as possible because that shit gets fucked on Saturdays. If you think of Friday night in San Fran before a drive up the 101 on Saturday enjoy traffic hell. Given your stops you'll have the most time in San Fran so you'd be better off just making this your sight seeing day. Though you really should try to make it to the Redwoods if at all possible.
Sunday I suppose is your C->D route which is about 10 hours on google without much traffic where everyone is coming back from their weekend get away of the hell that is portland and seattle downtown areas. Assume 12hrs in the car before breaks/eating/etc.

Friday at least 6 if you want to stop at B
